About us

Friends of Pill Library is a group of around 30 local residents who volunteer to support Pill Library, which is managed and run by North Somerset Library Services.

The group was formed in August 2025. We are a small charity with a constitution, governed by a minimum of three trustees and wider membership. We aim to:

1. To support Pill library, helping to sustain and improve its service and ensure it remains connected to the local community

2. To organize events and activities at the library

3. To raise funds for additional equipment, events or service improvements

4. To build the community of library users by promoting all aspects of the library
